Firstly she was the only lawyer to discuss the specifics of my case on my introductory phone call rather than the fee structure. Secondly, she was one of the few lawyers who encouraged me to go for EB1-EA, when other lawyers were suggesting a conservative approach such as EB2-NIW. Given the priority dates for EB2 for Indian citizens, I definitely made the correct call.

It is a testament to their detail oriented approach that I got the I-140 approved under EB1-EA without an RFE.
