Ms. Indu Liladhar-Hathi is one of the leading corporate immigration attorneys in California. A true citizen of the world, Indu has roots in India, was born in Tanzania, and was educated in England. She worked as a Solicitor for three years in London before coming to the United States for family in 1987. Once here, she practiced for three years at Robinson & Wood before establishing her own firm — which she’s led now for nearly 30 years.

Today, Indu is entrusted with the global immigration demands of several technology companies, school districts, health care systems, and small businesses — in addition to representing international medical graduates, outstanding professors and researchers across a wide range of sectors. She offers competitive legal fees and honest and transparent billing procedures; but even more importantly, she is recognized widely for always putting her clients’ interest first. 

Indu has served on the Executive Board of the Santa Clara Valley and Northern California American Immigration Lawyers Associations and as the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s liaison for the San Jose Citizenship & Immigration Services office.
