Radhika Balaji
Associate Attorney
Ms. Radhika Balaji is an Associate Attorney with our firm with over 7 years of immigration experience. She works closely with our corporate clients on employment-based non-immigrant visa petitions, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, and PERM applications. She also specializes on a variety of family-based immigration matters, including marriage-based green card applications, removal of conditions on residence, and naturalization in addition to consular practice
Radhika previously served as a law clerk to Judge Yvonne E. Campos at the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of California in San Diego. She has also volunteered as an attorney at the Casa Cornelia Law Center, where she assisted in interviewing detained asylum seekers and making successful asylum claims. She has also provided pro-bono representation to military families as a volunteer for the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Military Assistance Program, and she frequently staffs naturalization clinics hosted by the South Asian Bar Association.
Radhika’s diverse experience equips her to provide holistic immigration recommendations to both corporate and individual clients. As an immigrant herself, fluent in Tamil and Hindi and literate in French, Radhika prides herself on being able to empathize with all of her clients, no matter their nationality, in order to provide personalized representation.
